A plain-language summary of how Stactiq collects, uses, and protects data. This is not a substitute for legal advice. Executed institutional agreements and Data Processing Agreements govern where they apply.
1. Who This Applies To
This overview applies to visitors to stactiq.com, individuals who request or receive evaluation access, and Authorized Users of Stactiq.
2. What We Collect
Contact and account data: Name, organizational role, club or academy name, email address, and related information provided when requesting access or completing an intake.
Product usage data: Session activity, feature usage, credit consumption, and technical logs used to operate and improve the product. This is not your Customer Data.
Customer Data: Game model content, methodology frameworks, session plans, and coaching materials submitted by your organization. This data is yours. See Section 4.
Cookies and analytics: Standard web analytics to understand site traffic and usage patterns. You may decline non-essential cookies.
3. How We Use Data
Contact and account data is used to evaluate organizational fit, communicate about your access, and manage your account.
Usage data is used to operate, maintain, and improve the product. It is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Customer Data is used solely to deliver the Services to your organization. It is not used to train models shared across organizations and is not accessible to other clubs or academies.
4. Your Data — Ownership and Isolation
Your organization owns all Customer Data you submit to Stactiq. This includes your Methodology DNA, game model content, session plans, and any coaching materials.
Customer Data is logically isolated by organization. No other Stactiq customer can access your data. Stactiq staff access is restricted to what is operationally necessary and logged.
5. Data Retention
Contact and evaluation correspondence is retained as needed for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law.
Customer Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus a 30-day grace period. Upon request or account termination, Customer Data is deleted within 30 days, subject to any legal hold requirements.
6. Third-Party Subprocessors
Stactiq uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to deliver the Services, including cloud hosting, database, payment processing, and AI model providers. All subprocessors are contractually bound to handle data consistently with this overview. A current list is available upon request to security@stactiq.com.
7. Security
Stactiq implements encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments. See the Security and data page for a detailed overview.
8. GDPR and CCPA
For users or organizations in the European Union: Stactiq acts as a data processor for Customer Data and a data controller for contact and account data. A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request.
For California residents: You have the right to know, access, correct, and request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact privacy@stactiq.com to exercise these rights.
