1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of permitted use of the Stactiq Football Methodology Operating System. It applies to all Customers and Authorised Users. Violations may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.

2. Permitted use

Stactiq is designed exclusively for institutional football methodology governance. Permitted use includes:

  • Encoding a football organisation's game model as Methodology DNA.
  • Structuring weekly training sessions through the Session Engine against encoded doctrine.
  • Configuring set piece routines through Set Piece Studio aligned with open-play identity.
  • Diagnosing match deviations and receiving corrective sessions through Match Reconstructor.
  • Reviewing pathway alignment across squads through Mission Control.
  • Administering access for coaching staff within the Customer organisation.

3. Prohibited conduct

3.1 Prohibited content generation

Customers and Authorised Users must not use Stactiq to produce:

  • Content designed to deceive players, parents, or governing bodies about actual training programmes.
  • Fabricated match data or performance statistics.
  • Documentation intended to satisfy an audit or licensing review that does not reflect actual club practice.

3.2 Prohibited system conduct

Customers and Authorised Users must not:

  • Attempt to extract, replicate, or reverse engineer Stactiq's Methodology DNA enforcement logic, Hallucination Firewall, or Tactical Grid infrastructure.
  • Automate requests in a manner designed to circumvent credit accounting or rate limits.
  • Probe the system for vulnerabilities, conduct penetration testing, or attempt unauthorised access to data belonging to other Customers.
  • Share access credentials outside the Customer organisation.
  • Resell, broker, or sublicence access without written authorisation from Stactiq Inc.
  • Use the system to train, benchmark, or evaluate competing AI systems.

3.3 Legal compliance

The system must not be used to facilitate any activity that violates applicable law in the Customer's jurisdiction, including but not limited to data protection law, employment law, or governing body regulations.

4. Enforcement

Stactiq monitors usage patterns for conduct inconsistent with permitted use. Automated systems may throttle, suspend, or flag accounts exhibiting prohibited patterns. Stactiq personnel may review flagged activity.

Violations result in:

  • First confirmed violation: written notice and mandatory remediation within 14 days.
  • Repeated or severe violations: immediate suspension pending investigation.
  • Deliberate circumvention of system controls: permanent termination without refund.

5. Reporting

Suspected misuse of the system — including misuse by other Customers — may be reported to security@stactiq.ai.
