every game day
“Every team at our club plays a different game.”
Same badge, same formation on paper. Watch the U12s and the U16s on Saturday and you would think it was two clubs.

Open to new clubs
One game model.
Every coach. Every session.
Every age group.
Anyone watching can tell who your club is. Parents at practice, players moving up, fans at the game.
Stactiq puts your game model in writing as Methodology DNA. Every coach plans practice from it, new coaches included, and your DOC sees every team's week in one place.
Access begins with a 15 to 20 minute demo call.

01 · What every club lives with
Every coach coaches differently. Everyone can tell.
Most clubs have a way of playing. It lives in one person's head and leaves with every coach who goes. See how it works across the pathway

“Parents can't see what we're teaching.”
One team presses, the next sits back. Parents compare teams, then email the DOC asking which way the club really plays.
What it costs · Parent trust
One team presses, the next sits back. Parents compare teams, then email the DOC asking which way the club really plays.
Parents see it at practice on Tuesday. Spectators see it on Saturday. That is how a club earns trust.
02 · How it runs, week to week
One way of playing. Four stages.
The Plan, Do, Review cycle from your coaching course. Run the same way by every team, every week.
Game model → Plan → Deliver → Review
How you press, build out, defend and talk about the game, written down once as Methodology DNA. The club owns it, not one coach.
03 · What's inside
What your coaches use. What your DOC sees.
Each one starts from your Methodology DNA, so every team's week looks like your club.

Club Operations Review · Run by our operations team
Your teams play one way. So should your club.
Methodology DNA keeps every coach on one game model. The Club Operations Review does the same for registration, payments, parent emails and records. Our operations team works with your staff for two weeks.
What you get
- A walk through registration, payments and parent emails as they run today.
- One set of records cleaned up, like player rosters and family contacts.
- A few automations fixed, so reminders go out without a volunteer chasing them.
- A written plan for what to fix before next season.
For DOCs, club presidents and boards. Priced separately from your Stactiq plan.
